Maddon on trades: Don't bet on anything happening
Things can change between now and Tuesday's 4 p.m. deadline for nonwaiver deals, but manager Joe Maddon said he does expect the Rays to make any deals.
"My feeling normally is this, and I've been right almost all the time, is that we're not going to do anything,'' he said before Sunday's game. "We talk a lot and it always takes two to dance, and at the end of the day it's diffcult to match up all the time. So I would bet that nothing really happens.''
